For kayakers who are already comfortable whitewater kayaking on a Class II river and want to take it a step further.
From the advanced course, level 2-3:
- recapitulation of the bases
- paddling techniques, (efficient paddling)
- eddy in and out, ferry-reading the river
- choosing the right line
- ferry in strong current
- travers from eddy to eddy (upstream crossing)
- use of pillows
- hard exercises (paddling lines)
- rowing in first place in front of the group
- organizaing the group
